Jason Richison

Lead guitarist and singer Jason Richison, who originally hails from California, is now becoming one of the four state area's favorite entertainers! Performing classic country music with energy and an edgy guitar sound (reminiscent of Buck Owens and Merle Haggard), Jason is bringing a whole new fan base to the country music scene. He began playing music in California at the age of fourteen, and upon arriving in Kansas became a member of the Fort Scott Jubilee Hot Band (a weekly country music show). During this time Jason had the privilege of meeting and opening for people like Bill Anderson, Kitty Wells, John Conlee, and Cal Smith to name a few. After preforming at the Jubilee for about five years, Jason began to play other venues ranging from dinner theaters to bar crowds, and everything in between. More recently, Jason Richison has recorded and produced his own album entitled From A Jack To A King. The album has been met with praise from distributors such as Texas Music Round Up, Honky Tonkin Music, and Bob Grady Records.

Tara Glades grew up near Topeka, Kansas and completed her teaching degree in 1993 at Emporia State University where she recorded her first radio commercial for John North Ford, "Have You Driven A Ford Lately?” as well as new commercials for Blue Dot Heating and Cooling of Topeka. While not finding venues to perform 'big band' music in the area, Tara was fortunate to perform weekly Country Music shows at the Music Box Theatre in Burlington, Kansas where she currently lives. Tara is in her 4th year of teaching at Burlington Elementary School and has performed in several different venues with the 7th Hour ‘Big Band’ and Combo.
